Tyson, other pork producers to pay $64M in new price-fixing settlements
Tyson Foods and two other pork processors will pay $64 million to settle a lawsuit claiming they schemed to fix prices for food services providers, Reuters reports. The agreement boosts the total settlement in the case to more than $180 million. Tyson will pay $50 million and the other settling defendants, Clemens Food and Triumph Foods, will pay $10 million and $4 million.
